my updated desktop screenshot..

finally, the absolute freedom from clutters.. (i didn't want to disable desktop icons so i removed the recycle bin using regedit... created another instance on my quicklaunch and start menu for quick emptying purposes.. moved and organized all shortcuts into another taskbar toolbar ['others'] and my design apps under the 'design' toolbar)..

kudos to these deviants for their great work provided me an amiable working atmosphere in my every day tinkering as a graphic designer...

yeah, icons most of the time do begin to occupy most of my desktop space which: (1) inevitably slows down screen redraws when you minimize all open windows; (2) they somehow impedes or destroys the overall impact of my wallpaper/s; (3) when things get busy, i sometimes get lost as to the whereabouts of the files i've just downloaded, saved temporalily, etc...

hmm... the job's sooo damn exhausting, especially when your day's creative juices begins to run out.. simply staring at the pitch black desktop gives me some break.. enough to revitalize and somehow recharge me (specially my strained eyes).. hehee... but when you are able to get your abtract ideas concretize and translated into images and layouts, it's all but enriching and fulfilling..

thanks for the comment!
